We are forming the following committees. Committee chairs are listed where available. The descriptions are being developed and will be revised.

| Marketing | Work with media markets to get the word about about what our organization is doing. Maintain a close working relations with committee chairs and educate them about timelines and information you need to effectively support their efforts and the group. | |
| Event Participation | Seek events for us to participate in to get the word out to the public as well as working with the volunteer coordinator to ensure we have coverage. If we're doing an adoption event, work with the appropriate liaison and city agency to ensure we have what we need at the event as well as proper authorizations. | Guyla Roberson |

| Volunteer Coordinator | Match volunteers with the area they want to work in and track volunteer hours. | |
| Fostering (Cats) | Establish a cat fostering program and work with volunteers to provide temporary foster care for cats and with marketing and event participation to ensure fosters get enough exposure to find their forever homes. | Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ford |
| Transport | Work with the volunteer coordinator to know who is able to transport animals either to or from a rescue or for spaying/neutering/vaccinations. Develop a program to ensure all transport volunteers are properly trained on what they need to do. | Jean Schara |
| Spay/Neuter/Vaccinate (Snip and Chip) Scheduling | Schedule low cost or no cost spays, neuters, or vaccinations. Develop processes for determining eligibility and priority. | Crystal Denman |
| TNR | Coordinate a TNR program for each community that desires one. Work with the education chair to educate on the value of this program and establish guidelines. Where needed, ensure city support is obtained. | Jean Schara |
| Cameron Shelter Volunteer Trainer | Ensure shelter volunteers are properly vetted and trained to meet the standards for the shelter. | Nancy George |
