We’re offering a new program this year: Shelter Snip and Chip

    1. MTOL’s goal is to have every animal adopted from the county shelters spayed/neutered, vaccinated and chipped.
    2. Our goal is to have a combination of businesses and individuals sponsor each month so we can schedule Dr. Brinlee for one day each month, rotating locations. We’re calling this program “Shelter Snip and Chip.”
    3. What benefit does this offer for sponsors? We’ll sell T-Shirts to advertise the program with the sponsor’s (business or individual) name on the month sponsored. We’ll also be happy to post one ad a month on each of our groups (MTOL and City of Rockdale ACO) and website (https://milamtouchoflove.org) for each business as a thank you for sponsoring.
    4. How much? $1000 for each month, which can be done all by one business or individual or a collaboration of businesses and individuals.
    5. Any money remaining from one month (due to not having enough animals in the shelter–a good thing) will be rolled over to another month that may result in more shelter residents OR will be used to subsidize spaying and neutering for the county dogs not served by shelters, creating more low/no-cost spay/neuter opportunities. We want to sponsor events in local communities without a shelter to help them as well — sponsors may designate if they want their sponsorship to benefit the Rockdale or Cameron shelter or a Milam County community.
